摘  要:分别选取氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化钙、醋酸钙镁盐(CMA)等融雪剂,通过配置不同浓度的融雪剂溶液,对碳钢试片进行腐蚀性能测试研究,比较不同浓度、不同种类的融雪剂对碳钢试片的腐蚀影响。试验结果表明:随着溶液浓度增加,融雪剂对碳钢的腐蚀率先增加后降低,当溶液浓度为200g/L时,氯化钠、CMA对碳钢的腐蚀率分别为0.447mm/a、0.088mm/a,CMA对碳钢的腐蚀率远远小于标准中所规定的腐蚀率不大于0.18mm/a的要求,其低腐蚀性能明显优于其他化冰盐类融雪剂。The effects of different concentration of snowmelt agent solution and different kinds of snowmelt agent on carbon steel corrosion were studied by snowmelt agent,such as sodium chloride,magnesium chloride,calcium chloride,calcium-magnesium acetate( CMA) and so on. Meanwhile,the corrosion effects of different concentration and different kinds of snowmelt agents on carbon steel were compared in this paper. The results show that as the concentration of the solution increases,the corrosion rate of the snowmelt agent decreases; when the concentration of the solution is 200 g/L,the corrosion rate of sodium chloride and CMA on the carbon steel is0. 447 mm/a and 0. 088 mm/a respectively; the corrosion rate of CMA on carbon steel is far less than the requirement of 0.18 mm/a for the corrosion rate stipulated in the standard; when the concentration of solution is200 g/L,the corrosion rate of sodium chloride on carbon steel is 0.088 mm/a which is far less than the corrosion rate of 0. 18 mm/a stipulated in the standard; the low corrosion of CMA is superior to other snowmelt agent.
