摘 要:目的了解天津市居民小区现制现售饮用水水质卫生现状,为制定有效控制措施提供科学依据。方法 2014、2017年随机抽取天津市居民小区现制现售饮水机的进水和出水,采集水样并检测,应用相关分析各指标之间的关系。结果共采集现制现售饮水机进水和出水水样172份,合格158份,总合格率为91.86%。进水和出水水质合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.98,P=0.026)。除菌落总数有超标现象,其余检验项目均合格。菌落总数、浑浊度、耗氧量3者两两相关。结论天津市居民小区现制现售饮用水存在不同程度微生物污染,应提高对现制现售饮用水的监管力度,经营单位应加强卫生管理,保证市民饮水安全。Objective To analyze the sanitation situation of fresh-purified water in the community of Tianjin City to prevent and control the drinking water pollution. Methods Unpurified and fresh-purified water samples in various community were randomly selected for detection. Correlation analysis was applied to reveal the relation between the indicators. Results 172 water samples were tested in 2014 and 2017,with a qualification rate of 91. 86%. The qualification rates of unpurified and fresh-purified water showed statistically significant differences( χ2= 4. 98,P = 0. 026). Excluding the total number of bacterial colonies,the rest of the test items were qualified. There were correlations between the plate-count bacteria,turbidity and oxygen consumption. Conclusion There was microbial contamination of fresh-purified water in different degrees in the community of Tianjin,drinking water monitoring should be strengthened,business units should promote hygiene management to ensure drinking water safety of the resident.
