摘  要:建立高分辨等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定天然淡水体中长寿命核素^(238)U和^(232)Th,采用半定量法对水样中^(238)U和^(232)Th含量进行大概分析,随后用标准曲线法对水样^(238)U和^(232)Th进行同步定量分析,结果表明,该方法快速简便、结果准确、检测限低。This work established a rapid method for the determination of 238U and 232Th in natural waters by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Semi-quantitative method was used to analyze the about concentration of 238U and 232Th in water samples, and then the standard curve method was used to synchronize the quantitative analysis of 238U and 232Th. The results showed that the method was rapid, simple, accurate and low in detection limit.
