摘　　要：目的检测烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(NAMPT)在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者中的表达及探讨其与新生血管生成的关系。方法选择2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日于中山大学附属第一医院妇科行腹腔镜手术的卵巢囊肿患者80例,分为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组(OEM,n=50)和卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者在位内膜组(EM,n=30);对照组为同期接受孕前腹腔镜下宫颈环扎术的非子宫内膜异位症患者(NEM,n=30)。检测患者血清中NAMPT水平和病灶中微血管密度(MVD)以及NAMPT、VEGF、VEGFR-2的表达,对结果进行分析。结果 OEM组中的NAMPT的血清浓度比NEM组高;OEM组病灶中的NAMPT、VEGF、VEGFR-2的表达均显著高于EM组及NEM组中的在位内膜。OEM组患者血清中NAMPT水平与病灶中MVD呈正相关(r=0.81)。结论 NAMPT可能通过促进内异症病灶新生血管形成参与内异症的发生和发展。Objective To measure the expression of NAMPT in ovarian endometrioma and investigate its relationship with neoangiogenesis in endometriosis. Methods From Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2016, a total of 80 patients with unilateral ovarian cyst were enrolled in this study. They all received laparoscopic excision of ovarian cyst in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. These cases were divided into 2 subgroups： ovarian endometrioma group （OEM group, n = 50 ） and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis group （ EM group, n = 30 ）. The 30 laparoscopically-treated non-endometriosis patients （cervical insufficiency patients, NEM group, n = 30） were collected as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the serum level of NAMPT （Nicotinamide Phosphoribosyltransferase ）. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the microvesseldensity （ MVD ）, as well as the protein expression of NAMPT, VEGF and VEGFR- 2 in the lesion. Data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for windows. Results The serum level of NAMTP in OEM group was significantly higher than that in NEM group. The expression of NAMPT, VEGF and VEGFR-2 of OEM were significantly higher than EM as well as NEM. The serum level of NAMPT was positively correlated with MVD in ectopic endometriotic lesion. Conclusion NAMPT may play an important role in the neoangiogenesis of endometriosis.
