摘 要:目的探讨某低渗液温热灌注对肝癌腹水瘤的影响以及探索能够达到最佳抑制作用的灌注温度。方法建立小鼠肝癌腹水瘤模型,观察某低渗液以不同温度灌注及与联合化疗药顺铂对肝癌腹水瘤的抑制作用以及产生的其它影响。结果各试验组均明显抑制了腹水的形成,与对照组比较,平均腹水形成期显著降低(P<0.05),平均最大腹围显著减小(P<0.05);有效延长了实验动物的生存期,低渗组和低渗热化疗组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。但低渗热灌注组和低渗化疗组动物两周内的死亡率高,且腹腔脏器受损较重。结论某低渗液以37℃进行腹腔灌注对小鼠肝癌腹水瘤的抑制作用最佳。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects on hepatoma ascites tumor and the most suitable temperature of the hyperthermal and hypotonic liquid perfusion.Methods To establish the model of mouse hepatoma H22 and to study the inhibitory effects on hepatoma ascites tumor or other organs in mice under different temperature of the hypotonic liquid perfusion and/or with cisplatin.Results All the experimental groups obviously inhibited the formation of ascites compared with the control group,by which the average ascites formation period was significantly shorter(P〈0.05),and the average maximum abdominal circumference decreased obviously(P〈0.05).The survival time of the animals was extended significantly in the hypotonic group and the hypotonic chemotherapy group compared with that in the control group(P 0.05).However,the mortality of the animals in the hyperthermia group and the hypotonic chemotherapy group was high in two weeks,and the injury of the abdominal organs was heavy.Conclusion The inhibitory effect on hepatoma ascites tumor through an intraperitoneal perfusion of the athypotonic liquid at 37℃ was the best.
