摘  要:针对超宽带电磁脉冲易对无人机射频前端薄弱器件低噪声放大器造成击穿失效的问题,进行了超宽带电磁脉冲前门耦合规律的研究。利用仿真软件模拟了超宽带电磁脉冲对无人机辐照前门耦合过程,得到了电磁脉冲耦合到无人机内部电磁薄弱元器件前的节点电压、电流时域波形。结果表明,电磁脉冲经前门耦合传播至薄弱器件前端电路的最大瞬时功率大于器件所能承受的最大输入功率,容易对低噪声放大器击穿从而导致数据链无法正常工作,下一步应考虑有针对性地在低噪声放大器前端加装防护电路。In view of the problem that strong electromagnetic pulse can cause breakdown failures in electromagnetic weak devices such as low noise amplifier in UAV RF front - end, the study on the front door coupling law of UWB electromagnetic pulse to the UAV is proposed. A simulation software was used to simulate the front door coupling process of UWB radiation to UAV. The node voltage and current time domain waveforms before the weak electromag- netic components were obtained, in which strong electromagnetic pulse was coupled to the UAV. The results show that the instantaneous power of the electromagnetic pulse which coupled through the front door and transmitted to the weak device front end circuit is greater than the maximum input power that the device can withstand, and it is easy to break down the low noise amplifier and cause the data link to fail to work properly, therefore, it should be considered to install the protection circuit for the weak device for the next step.
