鼻咽不典型类癌误诊1例

摘　　要：1病例报告患者,女,59岁。因渐进性出现的夜间睡眠打鼾7年,加重伴睡眠憋醒半年就诊。查体：咽腔狭窄,双侧扁桃体Ⅱ度,表面光滑。鼻咽部CT：鼻咽部软组织影（图1）;鼻咽部MRI：鼻咽顶壁可见类圆形长T1、长T2异常信号影,大小约1.73cm×1.83cm×0.96cm,边界光整（图2）,Atypical carcinoid,a kind of neuroendocrine tumor（NET）,rarely shows its malignant manifestations firstly in otorhinolaryngology including atypical clinical features of symptoms such as rapid tumor growth,extensive invasion,high rate of metastasis and poor prognosis.Based on the clinical data of a nasopharyngeal atypical carcinoid patient diagnosed and treated recently in our hospital,a literature review including its biological behavior,diagnosis and treatment methods was present so as to further improve the understanding of such kind of tumor.
