幽门螺杆菌感染与肝癌分期、细胞分化和病理组织类型的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与原发性肝癌分期、细胞分化和病理组织类型等的关系。方法回顾性分析初诊确诊为原发性肝癌的100例患者Hp感染和临床病理特征之间的关系。分析Hp感染14C-尿素呼吸试验(urea breath test,UBT)检测值和乙肝病毒DNA拷贝量及甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)含量间的相关性。结果原发性肝癌患者Hp阳性率在病理组织类型、分化程度、侵袭性和临床分期方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Hp感染与乙肝病毒感染、AFP含量均呈正相关(r=0.152,P=0.026;r=0.806,P=0.018)。结论 Hp感染与原发性肝癌临床分期、细胞分化和病理组织类型有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and the clinical stage,cell differentiation and pathological type of primary liver cancer. Methods The relationship of Hp infection with clinicopathological features in 100 patients with primary liver cancer was analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between urea breath test（UBT） results and hepatitis B virus infection,alpha fetoprotein（AFP） level was analyzed. Results Hp infection was positively associated with the pathological type,differentiation,invasion and clinical stage of primary liver cancer patients（all P〈0. 05）. Moreover,Hp infection was also positively correlated with hepatitis B virus infection and AFP level（r = 0. 152,P = 0. 026; r = 0. 806,P = 0. 018）. Conclusion Hp infection is associated with the clinicopathological features of primary liver cancer and hepatitis B viral infection in patients.
