摘　　要：锌指蛋白A20,又称肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白3,它调控多种信号通路参与细胞凋亡和炎症反应等多种生命过程。近年来,A20对多种类型的肿瘤的影响作用日益受到关注。本文旨在从A20的生物学效应以及在肿瘤中发挥致癌作用、抑癌作用、肿瘤耐药性和肿瘤血管形成能力方面做一简要概述。The zinc finger protein A20, also known as tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3, plays an important role in cell apoptosis and inflammation regulated by a variety of signal transduction pathway. In recent years, the role of zinc finger A20 in tumors has gained growing attention. Here given were a brief overview of the biological effects of zinc finger protein A20 and its carcinogenesis, carcinostasis, anti-tumor drug resistance and tumor angiopoiesis.
