摘　　要：萨拉·凯恩后期的戏剧《渴求》与《4.48精神崩溃》一向被认为充满了对死亡的探求与渴望。但事实上,凯恩正是通过死亡展现了她的生命哲学观:生命的延异性展现了生死并置的时间逻辑,生命的同一性将自我与他者的生命相连,生命的循环性则将死亡纳入新生的一部分,生命在这三个层次中逐渐展开自身。这三个维度交汇出凯恩对生命的态度:直面伤痛与死亡是自我拯救的前提,立足于死亡是领悟生命的原点。Sarah Kane＇s late dramas： Crave and 4.48 Psychosis are usually considered as an exploration on death. In fact,Kane shows her life philosophy through three dimensions about death. The differance puts the life and death in the same timeline; the identity makes the ego and others connection; the cyclical brings the death into rebirth. These three dimensions together reflect Kane＇s philosophy on life： that one can face up to the death is the premise of self-salvation,and the origin of understanding life.
