供给侧结构性改革视域下构建大学生创业生态环境的策略思考

摘　　要：大学生创业人才的"供给"与"需求"之间存在结构性矛盾,即大学生创业人才供给侧结构性问题,表现为创业人才的无效供给与低质供给过多。破解高校创业人才培养的"产能过剩"问题,应以大学生创业人才供给的精准性和有效性为出发点,构建大学生创业生态环境,培养优质创业人才,促进大学生有效创业。在大学生创业生态环境现状分析的基础上,提出构建大学生创业生态环境策略:有效整合高校、政府、金融、企业及其他社会力量,协同发挥作用,形成有利于增强大学生创业意识、提高创业实践能力、开展自主创业的生态环境。There are structural contradictions between the ＂supply＂and ＂demand＂of the entrepreneurial talents of the college students,that is,the structural problems of the supply side,which are shown in the ineffective supply of the entrepreneurial talents with low quality. To solve the problem of ＂overcapacity＂of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,it is necessary to construct the entrepreneurial ecological environment,cultivate high quality entrepreneurial talents and promote the effective entrepreneurship on the basis of the precise and effective supply of college students＇ entrepreneurial talents. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the entrepreneurial ecological environment for college students,this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the entrepreneurial ecological environment of college students： the effective integration of colleges and universities,the government,financial institutions,enterprises and other social forces,and the shaping of the ecological environment that is helpful in strengthening the students＇ entrepreneurial awareness,enhancing their practical ability,and setting up their own businesses.
