吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效及毒副反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究吉西他滨配合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效及毒副反应。方法选取治疗的70例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,将其随机分为两组,分别进行吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗(研究组)及多西他赛联合顺铂(常规组),比较其近期效果及毒副作用。结果研究组患者治疗后,好转几率为42.86%,显著高于常规组的25.71%(P<0.05),治疗过程中,研究组出现恶心呕吐、贫血、白细胞及血小板计数减少等情况均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),而两组患者出现肝、肾损伤等情况基本一致(P>0.05)。结论采用吉西他滨配合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能够有效提高治疗效果,并降低因治疗发生的毒副作用。Objective Objective to investigate the short-term efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 70 patients with advanced NSCLC treated in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups： gemcitabine combined with cisplatin（study group） and docetaxel combined with cisplatin（routine group）. Results The probability of improvement was 42. 86,which was significantly higher than that of 25. 71 in the routine group（P〈0. 05）. During the course of treatment,nausea and vomiting,anemia,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia were found in the study group. It was significantly lower than that in the routine group（P〈0. 05）,and the incidence of liver and kidney injury in the two groups was similar（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin is used in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the side effects caused by the treatment.
