孵化网络资源获取对科创企业成长绩效的影响研究--市场导向的中介作用

摘　　要：探讨科创企业的孵化网络资源获取如何通过市场导向的中介作用对企业成长绩效产生影响。为此构建了孵化网络资源获取、市场导向与科创企业成长绩效的关系模型,借助SPSS 22. 0软件对宁波市229家在孵科创企业的数据进行实证分析,采用回归分析技术对概念模型进行检验。研究结果表明:孵化网络中知识资源以及资金资源获取对科创企业的成长绩效产生了显著的正向影响;市场导向对企业成长绩效也具有显著的正向作用,并且在孵化网络资源获取和企业成长绩效之间起到了部分中介作用。该研究证实了孵化网络中科创企业成长过程机理,为孵化器的服务提供以及科创企业成长提供指导与借鉴。This paper aims to explore how resource acquisition of incubation network affects technology start-ups growth performance through the mediating role of market orientation. Therefore, the hypotheses of relationship among resource acquisition, market orientation and growth performance are proposed. We empirically examined the above conceptual framework by regressive analytical technique. Through analyzing 229 incubating enterprises in Ningbo by SPSS22.0 software, the results show that both knowledge and capital resources acquisition have positive influence on growth performance of technology start-ups; Marketing orientation has positive influence on growth per- formance of technology start-ups. The results also show that marketing orientation partially mediates the relationship between resource acquisition of incubation network and technology start-ups growth performance. The study confirms the mechanism of the growth of technology start-ups in incubation network, and can give the incubators＇ management and the growth of technology start-ups a certain guidance and use of reference.
