高校大学生就业与创业指导工作探析

摘　　要：当前,高校对于大学生就业与创业指导的课程设置不够合理,导致就业市场的供需矛盾,最终呈现出就业难的局面。因此,高校课程设置需要进行系统化、合理化的设计。高校应该统一思想,提高对学生就业与创业指导的教育力度,还要以基本的软、硬件教学资源为支撑,寻求各个部门间的交流与合作,共同做好高校大学生的就业与创业指导工作。Currently,because most universities ＇curriculums of employment and entrepreneurship guidance are not rational enough,the job market is facing supply and demand contradiction,which lead to the employment difficulty. Therefore,the curriculums should be systematically and rationally design. Most important of all,universities should seek common idea and raising education strength to a high level. Based on essential soft and hard teaching resources,each department should improve mutual communication and cooperation and work together to provide best employment and entrepreneurship guidance for university students.
