摘　　要：综合医院中医科的工作是综合医院工作的有机组成部分,但是综合医院中医科的发展面临很多难题,只有从中医自身角度出发,加强科室建设,尤其是学科与专科建设,才能促进综合医院中医科的全面发展,在综合医院未来的竞争发展中争得一席之地。The work of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospital is an integral part of hospital work,but the development of department of traditional Chinese medicine is facing many problems,only starting from traditional Chinese medicine itself to strengthen the department construction,especially the discipline and specialty construction,to promote the overall development of Chinese medicine department,to win a place in the competition in general hospital.
