摘  要:以魔芋胶为原料,盐酸为酸解剂,双氧水和次氯酸钠为氧化剂,对氧化酸解魔芋胶的制备和性能进行了研究。对比了不同氧化剂对酸解魔芋胶的氧化效果和氧化机理,通过红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和偏光显微镜分别表征了两种氧化酸解魔芋胶的结构、热性能和颗粒形态。The property of the acidolysis oxidized konjac glucomannan was studied by using konjac glucomannan as a raw material, analytical reagent hydrochloric acid as the acidolysis agent, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite as oxidants in this paper. The oxidative effect and oxidation mechanism of different oxidants on acidolysis oxidized konjac were compared. And the acidolysis oxidized konjac glucomannan was characterized by the infrared spectrometer, TGA and polarizing microscope, respectively on its constitution, thermal properties and shape of granules.
