摘　　要：文章根据德国企业文化剖析了工匠精神的内涵,指出高职院校可以依托职业技能大赛,以技能大赛为抓手,借助大赛的平台在提升学生专业能力的同时磨炼学生的"工匠精神"。并以省级重点专业应用电子技术专业为例进行了实践研究。According to the German corporate culture, the article analyzes the connotation of artisan spirit; points out that vocational college can rely on vocational skills competitions, skills competition as the starting point, with the help of competition platform to enhance students＇ professional abilities while cultivating students＇ ＂artisan spirit＂. And take provincial key professional application of electronic technology as an example for a practical study.
