摘 要:要科学地评价一个城市的交通运行效率,构建恰当的城市交通运行效率评价指标体系是关键。研究首先剖析城市交通运行效率的影响因素,并在此基础上从城市空间结构、城市居民出行结构、城市交通基础设施水平和城市交通管理水平4个层面,选择道路网密度等14个具体指标构建城市交通运行效率评价体系;然后运用熵权法为指标赋予权重,并结合综合评价函数,应用所构建的城市交通运行效率评价指标体系对南京市2011—2015年的城市交通运行效率进行定量分析与评价。研究结果表明,2011—2015年南京市的城市交通运行效率值呈现出逐年上升的趋势,2011—2012年南京的城市交通运行效率较差,2013—2014年为中等水平,2015年达到良好状态。In order to evaluate the urban transportation efficiency,it is pivotal to construct the reasonable evaluation index system of urban transportation efficiency.Firstly,the influence factors of urban transportation efficiency were analyzed,and the evaluation index system was constructed based on them.The evaluation index system consists of 14 concrete indexes from 4 aspects—urban space structure,urban inhabitants' trip structure,urban traffic infrastructure level and urban transport management level.And then,the constructed evaluation index system was applied to measure the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing City between years of 2011 to 2015.The entropy method was used to allocate weight coefficient,and the synthesized evaluation function was adopted to calculate the urban transportation efficiency.The result shows the following:the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing city between years of 2011 to2015 is in rising trend.So the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing City between years of 2011 to2012 is relatively poor,which is medium in 2013—2014 and good in 2015.
