摘 要:本文在AMESim软件中建立了共轨系统热模型,将实际测量的密度、粘度、声速、导热系数等燃油属性应用于计算模型中,结合测试手段对共轨喷油器的温度特性进行了分析研究,详细计算了共轨喷油器中各关键位置的温升水平,同时分析了温度变化对共轨喷油器喷油量的影响规律及其原因,为自主共轨喷油器的开发提供了技术支持。In this paper the thermal model of common rail system was built by AMESim software. The four important thermodynamic properties of the fuel( density,viscosity,speed of sound and thermal conductivity) were tested,and the results were used in the simulation model. The temperature characteristics of the common rail injector were researched through the method of measurement and the temperature of the key points in the common rail injector were calculated detailed. At the same time,the effect of the variable temperature on the injection quantity of the common rail injector and the reasons were also researched. It provides technical support for the development of autonomous common rail injector.
