摘　　要：腮腺肿瘤是口腔颌面部较常见疾病,占头颈部肿瘤的2%~3%,其中良性肿瘤占80%以上。手术是治疗腮腺肿瘤的主要方法,术前通过有效诊断方法评估腮腺肿瘤的良恶性,对术前准备、手术方式选择及预后评估有重要意义。本文就腮腺肿瘤术前诊断方法的研究进展作一综述。Parotid gland tumor is one of the most common oral and maxillofacial diseases, accounting for 2 % to 3 % of all head and neck tumors, over 80% of which are benign. Surgery is the main treatment for parotid gland tumors. It is of great significance for preoperative preparation, choice of operation method and evaluation of prognosis to evaluate the benign and malignant parotid tumor by effective diagnostic method before operation. This paper reviews the research progress of preoperative diagnosis methods for parotid gland tumors.
