摘　　要：厥逆是手足寒冷之象,是出现在多种疾病过程中的一种证候。本文通过对厥逆的认识,病因和病机以及辨治要领,个人经验等方面系统阐述了《伤寒论》运用经方辨治厥逆,反映了其在临床上灵活运用经方的独特思维方法与经验。师古而不泥古,才能更好的传承和发扬经方的临床运用范围,提高临床疗效。Treatment bases on syndrome differentiation is the hearted-concerned in TCM. This essay has stated three medical history to reflect Professor LI＇s unique method and experience on his treatment by using classic prescriptions. Only when we use classic prescriptions flexible,we can inherit and improve the classic prescriptions＇ treating standard.
