摘　　要：目的:建立通贤柚外果皮的HPLC指纹图谱,并测定柚皮苷、野漆树苷、异欧前胡素3种活性物质的含量。方法:色谱柱为Sepax Amethyst C18-H(250×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈~0.1%甲酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为283nm(柚皮苷、异欧前胡素),337nm(野漆树苷),柱温25℃,进样量20μl。结果:建立了通贤柚外果皮的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了16个共有色谱峰。3种活性物质在实验条件下得到有效分离,分别在0.041~0.409mg/m L、0.006~0.063mg/m L与0.008~0.081mg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.09%、100.24%与102.53%。结论:所建立的指纹图谱与含量测定方法可用于通贤柚外果皮的质量控制。Objective： To establish the HPLC fingerprints of outer pericarp of Tongxian Pomelo and determine the content of naringin,rhoifolin and isoimperatorin. Methods： HPLC was performed on a Sepax Amethyst C18-H analytical column（ 250 ×4. 60 mm,5μm） with gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0. 1% aqueous formic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of1. 0 ml/min^（-1）. The detection wavelength was 283 nm（ naringin,isoimperatorin）,337 nm（ rhoifolin）. The column temperature was set at 25℃ and the injection valume was 20μl. Results： The HPLC fingerprint of outer pericarp of Tongxian Pomelo was established. 16 peaks were selected as the characteristic common peaks. The chromatographic peaks of 3 compounds could be separated well in the above cases. The linear ranges were 0. 041 ~ 0. 409 mg/ml,0. 006 ~ 0. 063 mg/ml and 0. 008 ~ 0. 081 mg/ml,respectively. The average recoveries were 98. 09%,100. 24% and 102. 53%,respectively. Conclusion： The established method can be used for the quality control of outer pericarp of Tongxian Pomelo.
