茵陈蒿汤加减方对非酒精性脂肪肝患者糖、脂及尿酸代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察茵陈蒿汤加减方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取非酒精性脂肪肝患者100例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上予茵陈蒿汤加减方治疗,治疗周期为24周,观察治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血尿酸(UA)水平,并对两组的临床疗效进行评定。结果:治疗后观察组FBG、TG、CHO、HDL-C、LDL-C、AST、ALT、UA水平较对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤加减方对非脂肪性脂肪肝患者疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of using Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods： 100 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The controlled group was given routine treatment,the observation group was given Yinchenhao Decoction on the basis of western medicine,the treatment period was 24 weeks,observed before and after treatment in the two groups of fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1 c）,triglyceride（ TG）,cholesterol（ CHO）,high density lipoprotein（ HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein（ LDL-C）,alanine transaminase（ ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（ AST）,blood uric acid（ UA） level,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： In the observation group,FBG,TG after treatment,CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,AST,ALT,UA levels compared with the controlled group showed significant difference（ P0. 05）,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yinchenhao Decoction has significant therapeutic effect for patients with non fat fatty liver,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
