摘 要:钢铁厚板厂轧后冷却区域水雾大、可见性低,且冷却效果十分依赖钢板位置跟踪精度,一般钢板位置跟踪算法难以满足现场需求。为此,本文采用了一种基于辊道速度软件计算钢板位置的方法,精准测量钢板在水中位置。运行后实际效果表明,此方法位置跟踪精度保证在200mm以内,很好地达到现场要求。Iron and Steel Heavy Plate Mill' s cooling area has large water mist and low visibility, and its cooling effect depends on the accuracy of steel plate position tracking. The general algorithm is dif- ficult to meet the needs of this scene. Therefore, this paper uses a method based on modified roller speed to calculate steel plate position, which can accurately measure the plate position in the water. The results show that the tracking accuracy is lower than 200 mm, which can meet the requirements well.
