摘  要:为提高宗钢UOE钢管探伤效果和制造管理水平,开发了磁粉探伤在线荧光成像检测技术。在人工磁粉荧光探伤检查设备的基础上,增加在线荧光成像装置,实现检测过程图像化。针对磁粉探伤荧光非常微弱,难以动态优质成像问题,开发专门的光电技术,获得高质量的管端磁粉探伤荧光图像,实现荧光、可见光双光谱成像,效果优于人工目视。最终将探伤图像通过网络集中在操作室,实现2个管端工位并岗操作;将探伤图像按钢管号存储、检索,通过图像对缺陷评估,实现探伤过程科学管理。该技术已长期稳定投运,通过了英石油、壳牌、API的现场运行能力审核。In order to improve the detecting effect and manufacturing level of UOE pipe, the fiuores- cence imaging detecting technique for Magnetic Particle Fluorescent Detection(MPFD) is proposed and developed. Based on the traditional manual inspection equipment of MPFD, specialized online fluorescence imaging device is added to achieve the visualization of detecting process. Focusing on is- sues of weak fluorescence and low-quality imaging, a special photoelectric device is designed to get high-quality fluorescence imaging incurred by MPFD of UOE pipe, with which the dual-spectrum im- aging by fluorescence and visible light is obtained and the effect is better than human sight. Eventual- ly, by collecting images onto the console through the network, the two pipe ends can be operated meanwhile. The inspection images are stored and retrieved by the pipe number, and by evaluating the flaws of images makes scientific management of detecting process to be a reality. The technology has been operated stably for a long time, and accessed on-site operational capacity audit of BP, Shell, API.
