摘　　要：本文构建了基于目的、基本原则、方法和工具四要素的质量哲学描述PTMP模型,并利用该模型对目前世界上应用较为广泛的全面质量管理、ISO 9000族标准、美国卓越绩效模式以及精益生产等质量哲学进行了解读和比较分析,以期为企业质量管理实践提供借鉴。This paper constructs a quality philosophy description model based on the four elements of purpose, principle, methodology and tool. We have chosen total quality management, ISO 9000, Baldrige excellence framework and lean production as the typical quality philosophies. Based on the PTMP model, this paper compares the similarities and differences between the four types of quality philosophy in order to provide reference for the quality management practices of organizations.
