细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗卵巢癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗卵巢癌的效果。方法在本院收治的卵巢癌患者当中选取68例进行研究,样本抽选时间为2015年7月至2016年2月期间,依据随机数表法方式进行分组,对照组34例患者均给予多西他赛联合卡铂治疗,观察组在其基础上联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗。对两组患者的免疫功能情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的免疫功能各项指标同对照组相比较均明显更优,P<0.05。结论细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗卵巢癌有显著的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of cytokine induced killing cells on ovarian cancer.Methods Selection of the ovarian cancer patients treated at our hospital in 68 cases,sample selection time is during July 2015 to February 2015,based on the stochastic indicator method way to group and the control group of 34 patients were performed many west he plus carboplatin therapy,observation group based on the joint of cytokine induced killer cell therapy.The immune function of the two groups was compared.Results The immune function of the observation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Cytokine induced killer cells have a signifcant clinical efect on ovarian cancer.
