摘 要:采用AMT作为新的带式输送机软起动装置,提出了等加速度控制AMT软起动带式输送机的方法,采用单参数换挡规律,控制参数为带速,利用AMESim软件进行了仿真建模,基于110kW平运单点驱动带式输送机进行了1挡起动过程和1-8挡换挡过程的仿真研究,分析了AMT软起动方式对系统主要部件特征参数的影响。仿真结果表明,0.2m/s^2的加速度控制方法能够实现带式输送机的软起动,离合器接合瞬间输送带加速度峰值小于1m/s^2,输送带的最大张力、驱动滚筒扭矩等参数的变化没有超出产品的许用值。Using ATM as a new kind of belt conveyor soft start equipment,the method of using constant acceleration to control the AMT start belt conveyor was proposed.Belt velocity was adopted as the single parameter for shift schedule.Based on AMESim,simulation model was established.On the basis of horizontal belt conveyor with 110 kW power driven by one induction motor,simulation research for starting process under the first gear and shift process from the first gear to the eighth gear were carried out respectively.Main characteristic parameters were analyzed under the simulation circumstances.Simulation results showed that constant belt acceleration with 0.2 m/s^2 could achieve the purpose of the AMT belt conveyor's soft starting.The phenomenon of short-time belt acceleration mutations appeared during shift process.The maximum value of belt acceleration was less than 1 m/s^2 when the clutch was engaged.Changes of main characteristic parameters caused by acceleration mutations were within their allowable limits,such as belt maximum tension and driving pulley torque.
