专项护理小组在ICU护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨专项护理小组在ICU护士在职培训中的应用效果。方法组建人工气道、压疮护理、静脉治疗、床旁血液净化治疗、营养支持、镇静镇痛、血糖控制等7个专项护理小组,运用案例教学、个案分析、小组讨论等方式对64名ICU护士开展培训。结果护士培训后第2年的单项学习成绩为(83.45±4.29)分,合格率为100%;1年后,护士专项护理理论与技能培训完成率为98%;94%的护士认为有利于提高学习兴趣;97%的护士认为有利于培养专科护士核心能力和专业发展能力。结论专项护理小组培训取得了较好效果,促进了重症护理专科发展。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effects of specialized nursing group on training of nurses in ICU.Methods Seven specialized nursing groups were organized including artificial air-way management group,pressure ulcer management group,intravenous therapy group,continuous renal replacement therapy group,nutritional support group,sedation and analgesia group,and blood glucose control group.Case teaching,ease analysis,and group discussion were used to train 64 nurses in ICU.Results The average score of individual examination of nurses was 83.45±4.29 and the qualification rate was 100% in the second year after training.One year later,the completion rate of nursing theory learning and skill training was 98%.94% of nurses agreed that it was beneficial to increase their learning interests.97% of nurses thought it was beneficial to cultivate their professional core compe-tencies and development.Conclusion The specialized nursing groups can have good effects on the training of nurses and promote the development of critical nursing.
