民族高校图书馆“助学馆员”管理探析——以湖北民族学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：以民族地区教育事业的发展为时代背景，在高校贫困生资助体系视野下，从我校图书馆自身建设的实际需要出发，以人的终身发展为视角，对“助学馆员”的存在价值进行探索与研究；通过对其管理工作的回顾与反思，找出存在的不足并提出改进措施，对高校大学生资助体系的健全与完善具有一定的启示作用，对高校图书馆“助学馆员”的管理具有一定的现实指导意义。Taking the development of educational undertakings in ethnic areas as the background of the time,this paper,starting from the lifelong development of the people,sets out from the actual needs of the self-construction of our university libraries under the funding system of poor students in colleges and universities to explore and study the existence value of "Aid Librarians";to find out the existing problems and propose the improvement measures through the review and reflection on their management work.This discourse has certain enlightenment on the perfection of university student aid system,and has certain practical significance to the management of college student librarians.
