摘　　要：智库的定义与分类日益开放化。通过分析以协调型市场经济的德国、自由市场经济的英国、混合型市场经济的丹麦为代表的三种不同政策咨询系统中智库的三个成果产出指标,发现其统计数据之间存在明显的差异。中国特色新型智库建设必须基于中国经济社会发展的经验、知识与智慧;发挥杰出留学人才的作用,增强中国智库成果的国际化;与时俱进,利用新旧媒体传播中国智库成果。The definition and classification of think tanks are more and more open.Through analyzing three indexes of think tanks output in three kinds of policy consulting systems,represented by the coordinated market economy of Germany,the free market economy of England and the mixed market economy of Denmark,the statistical data shows obvious differences.The establishment of think-tank with Chinese characteristics must be based on China＇s economic and social development experience,knowledge and wisdom,rely on the advantages of outstanding overseas talents to enhance the internationalization of Chinese think-tank achievements,and keep up with the times to spread the outputs of Chinese think-tank with the new and old media.
