摘 要:目的探讨"情感账户"联合"高级共情"在急性精神病患者优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2016年1-6月在某医院封闭病区新入院的120例急性精神病患者为研究对象。根据入院顺序设立单双号,单号60例为对照组,双号60例为观察组。对照组患者入院时即建立一个"情感账户"并给予常规护理,而观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上在日常护理中运用"高级共情"技术,干预期为入院至出院的6个月。比较两组患者入院时及出院时,"情感账户"存取款项目总分、对护理工作的满意情况和病区不良事件发生率。结果入院时,两组患者"情感账户"存取款项目总分的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);出院时,观察组患者"情感账户"存取款项目总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组患者的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。住院过程中,观察组仅有1例患者发生护理不良事件,占1.67%,远低于对照组的15%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.98,P<0.01)。结论 "情感账户"建立同时联合"高级共情"技术,提高了患者满意度,确保了患者的安全。Objective To explore the application effect of 'emotional account' combined with 'advanced empathy' in high quality nursing service for patients with acute mental disorders.Methods By convenience sampling, 120 cases were selected and divided into control group and observation group based on the admis- sion sequence with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, while 'emotional ac- count' was established and 'advanced empathy' was used for each patient in observation group on the ba- sis of routine nursing.The total score in emotional account and differences of the patients' satisfaction with nursing and the incidence of adverse events in two groups were compared.Results Upon admission,there was no statistical difference of the total score in 'emotional account' between two groups(all P〈0.05). Upon discharg, the total score in 'emotional account' in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01), and the satisfaction degree in observation group was better than that of control group (P〈0.01). Only 1 case in observation group had nursing adverse event,which accounted for 1.67%,significantly lower than 15% in control group(X2 =6.98,P〈0.01).Conclusion The application of 'emotional account' combined with 'advanced empathy' could improve patients' satisfaction and ensure patient safety.
