摘 要:利用置换法合成系列咪唑基氨基酸离子液体,并对其进行FT-IR和1H-NMR表征,考察新型氨基酸离子液体催化剂在乳酸乙酯乙酰化制备乳酸乙酯乙酸酯中的催化作用.结果表明,以氨基酸离子液体[C4mim][Ala]为催化剂,当n(乳酸乙酯)∶n([C4mim][Ala])∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶0.05∶1.2时,于110℃反应6 h,乳酸乙酯转化率及乳酸乙酯乙酸酯选择性分别可达99.8%和99.6%.且[C4mim][Ala]催化剂可重复使用.In this work,a series of imidazolium-based amino acid ionic liquid( AAIL) catalysts were synthesized by the displacement method and characterized by FT-IR and1 H-NMR techniques. The catalytic effect of novel amino acid ionic liquids on the efficient acetylation of ethyl lactate to ethyl acetolactate was investigated. Our results showed that 99. 8% conversion of substrate and 99. 6% selectivity for ethyl acetolactate could be achieved using AAIL [C4 mim][Ala] as the catalyst under the optimum reaction conditions, i. e., n( ethyl lactate) ∶n( [C4 mim][Ala]) ∶ n( acetic anhydride) = 1 ∶ 0. 05 ∶ 1. 2,T = 110 ℃,and t = 6 h. In addition,the[C4 mim][Ala] catalyst exhibited good reusability.
