摘 要:针对失效的大型42Cr Mo钢预硬化塑料模具,通过选择合理的焊接材料和焊接工艺对其受损工作面进行堆焊修复。结果表明,堆焊层金属与母材具有良好的熔合,热影响区没有出现晶粒粗大现象;堆焊层金属硬度有所提高,超过预期45~50 HRC的要求,耐磨性明显增强;母材和热影响区的耐腐性较差,但堆焊层金属的耐腐蚀性很强。修复后的塑料模具完全满足生产使用要求,为企业节省了生产成本,经济效益显著。The damaged surface of 42 Cr Mo steel die for prehardened plastic was repaired by choosing reasonable materials and welding technology. The results show that the surfacing welding layer metal and the base has a good amalgamation.Coarse grains are not observed in the heat affected zone. The hardness of the surfacing welding layer is improved, which are more than 45-50 HRC, and the wear resistance significantly enhance. The corrosion resistance of the based metal and heat affected zone are poor, while the surfacing welding layer is strong. The die satisfies completely the requirements after repaired, which save the cost of production and show remarkable economic benefit.
