摘　　要：电子显微镜(如TEM,SEM等)是直接观察材料微观结构的分析测试仪器之一。电镜硬件资源数量和应用需求配比的严重失衡现状,在一定程度上制约了科研院所/高校的发展。为了提升电镜技术的普及程度,经过多年的实践,国家级实验教学示范中心解决了电镜培训普适性和特殊性之间的矛盾,以现行的国际、国家标准为指导,在电镜培训中建立了具有实用价值的电镜操作培训流程,有效地缩短了电镜的培训周期,扩大了电镜培训的范围,提升了电镜的使用效率。电镜操作培训的全面开展,不仅培养了学生动手能力和管理能力,还为大型仪器的全面开放共享、校际合作、优化资源配置提供了技术和人才保障。Electron microscopes（such as TEM,SEM,etc.）are the test instruments for direct observation of the microstructure.The popularity of electron microscopy is a standard that estimates the level of scientific research and the abilities of scholastic development for research institutes / universities.The misallocation of the number of electron microscope and the actual application requirement has restricted the development of research institutes / universities to some extent.In order to promote the electron microscopy,the contradiction between universality and particularity was solved by practical experience and skills in the training operation of electron microscope.In the training of electron microscope,the established practical operating process of electron microscope effectively decreased the training period of electron microscope,expanded the range of electron microscope training,and improved the efficiency in use of electron microscope.The rapid development of the training operation cultivated the students＇ practical ability and management ability.Further,it provided a technology and a talented person for the overall opening and sharing of large-scale precision instruments and equipment,interscholastic cooperation and optimizing the allocation of resources.
