摘　　要：重症急性胰腺炎是一种起病急、发展快、部分预后差的急腹症。目前在其治疗中,手术清创仍然占据重要地位。本文针对其手术治疗的进展及其并发症的新认识结合近期上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院外科的资料进行探讨,以进一步减少其并发症发生,改善手术效果。Severe acute pancreatitis is an acute abdomen with acute onset of symptoms and severe complications including multiple organ failure and with poor prognosis in some patients.By now,surgical debridement still plays an important role in the treatment.The aim of this article was to summarize the progress in surgical intervention of sever acute pancreatitis and the management of its complications in combination with retrospective studies on recent data in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in Ruijin Hospital.
