摘　　要：刘孝绰是南朝梁代文坛的核心人物。其仕宦生涯中最为重大的事件,是在廷尉卿任上被御史中丞到洽以关涉"名教"的罪名提起弹劾而遭到免职。但这一案件的具体事由到底是什么,历来诸多名家对相关史料的解读存在种种错误和混乱。本文对此作了澄清,还原了历史原貌,并进一步推究了梁武帝时代政治环境与弹劾案发生的内在关联。Liu Xiaochao was the core figure of the literary world in the Liang Dynasty. The most significant event in his official career was the dismissal of his tingweiqing position on charges of ＂mingjiao＂by Censor. However,the specific reasons for this case involved variant mistakes and confusion in the reading of the relevant historical documents. This article aims to make a clarification of the case,looking back into the history and restores its original appearance. It further inquires into the intrinsic relation between the political environment and the impeachment case in Emperor Liang Wudi＇s reign period.
