摘 要:[目的]了解长汀县乡镇卫生院工作人员对绩效管理方案(制度)的评价,并分析绩效管理方案评价的影响因素,为乡镇卫生院制定、实施绩效管理提供参考意见。[方法]采用分层随机抽样方法对福建省龙岩市长汀县18个乡镇卫生院的370名工作人人员进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归分析绩效管理方案评价的影响因素。[结果]共发放370份问卷,共回收有效问卷353份,有效回收率95.4%。10项绩效管理评价条目中获得1~3分的有1035人次(占29.32%);获得4~5分的有2495人次(占70.68%)。多元线性回归分析提示:绩效管理方案的评价与岗位类别、绩效工资占月工资比例、绩效工资、是否参与绩效管理方案的制定及绩效管理方案的培训与宣传有关(P<0.05)。[结论]长汀县乡镇卫生院的工作人员的对现有的绩效考核方案较为满意,不同岗位工作人员对绩效考核的评价不同。Objective To understand the evaluation of township health center' s staffs to performance management system in Changting county,and analyze influencing factors of performance management scheme( system),so as to provide reference for formulating and carrying out performance management in township health centers. Methods It conducted questionnaire survey to 370 employees of 18 township health centers in Changting county,Longyan city,Fujian province by stratified random sampling. Analyzed the influencing factors of performance management scheme evaluation with multiple linear regression. Results A total of 370 questionnaires,and 353 of them were answered and collected back.Effective recovery rate was 95. 4%. 1035( 29. 32%) received score from 1 to 3 in 10 items of performance management evaluation,2 495( 70. 68%) received score from 4 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the evaluation of performance management system related with job category,proportion of performance-related pay account for monthly wages,performance-related pay,whether participate in the formulation of performance management plan and training,and the publicity( P 0. 05). Conclusions The employees in township health centers of Changting are satisfied with the existing performance appraisal program,employees in different positions have different opinions on it.
