摘　　要：医院中青年医务人才与行政管理干部是发展我国医疗卫生事业的中流砥柱,均需要有学习及提升能力的机会,然而管理干部的能力提升往往被忽视。本文着重分析医院发展建设过程中管理干部的进修现状,并根据我院现行状态,分析这一举措为附属医院建设发展建设带来的功能与意义。Management cadre and young and middle-aged medical staff play a crucial role in the development of medical and health services,all of them need the chance to take continuing education courses to improve their abilities.However,the further education for management cadre is always overlooked.In this article,the further education situation of management cadre in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University was analyzed.We also took several measures to promote this work,and its role in hospital construction was discussed
