观察正畸与修复联合应用后在成人牙齿错牙合中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸与修复联合应用后在成人牙齿错牙合中的治疗效果。方法此次研究对象为2013年1月至2016年1月本院收治的35例成人牙齿错牙合患者,随机分为两组,单纯使用正畸治疗对照组18例患者,正畸与修复联合治疗实验组17例患者,治疗完成后,比较最终疗效及患者满意度。结果(1)两组患者治疗有效率比较,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组:治疗满意10例(58.82%)、基本满意6例(35.30%)、不满意1例(5.88%),总满意率为94.12%;对照组:治疗满意9例(50.00%)、基本满意6例(33.33%)、不满意3例(16.67%),总满意率为83.33%。实验组治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用正畸、修复联合治疗成人牙齿错牙合效果显著,患者咀嚼功能得到显著改善,治疗满意度较高,具有实践价值。objective To investigate the effect of combined orthodontic and orthodontic treatment in the treatment of adult malocclusion.Methods The study object to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were 35 patients with adult teeth in wrong tooth,They were randomly divided into two groups,using the orthodontic treatment in the control group 18 cases with pure,orthodontic and repair the combination therapy group,17 patients,after completion of treatment,compare the final efficacy and patient satisfaction.Results（1） Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05） in the treatment efficiency of the two groups;（2） The experimental group：the treatment satisfaction was 10 cases（58.82%）,the basic satisfaction was 6（35.30%）,the dissatisfaction was 1（5.88%）,and the total satisfaction rate was 94.12%.The control group was satisfied with 9 cases（50.00%）,the basic satisfaction was 6 cases（33.33%） and the dissatisfaction was 3 cases（16.67%）,with a total satisfaction rate of 83.33%.The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment has remarkable effect in the treatment of adult tooth malocclusion,and the patients＇ chewing function is significantly improved,and the treatment satisfaction is high,which has the value of promoting practice.
