摘 要:运用训练实验、影像解析等方法,对体育院校田径专修学生三级跳远的三跳技术进行了分析,探讨以6至8步助跑为主的下坡连续跳跃练习对于三跳技术的影响。结果表明:平地8步助跑情况下的五级跨步跳、五级单足跳以及三个循环的"单足跳-跨步跳-跨步跳"成绩可以作为反映连续快速跳跃能力的重要指标;以6至8步助跑为主的下坡连续跳跃练习可以显著提高学生的连续快速跳跃能力,可以对三级跳远三跳过程中各环节技术的合理优化及有效发挥起到积极的促进作用,使蹬伸、摆动和着地等动作更加积极主动,尤其是动作的速度性、向前性和连贯性得到了显著改善。Through methods such as training experiments,image analysis and etc.,an analysis has been conducted towards three jump techniques of triple jump for students majoring in track and field in sports colleges and universities,discussing the effect of six to eight steps approach downhill consistent jump training mainly on triple jump skill.The research shows that:the eight-step approach quintuple step on flat ground,quintuple hop and three circles of " hop-step-step" could be important indicators of consistently rapid jump ability;six to eight steps approach downhill consistent jump training could remarkably improve students' ability of consistently rapid jump,which positively promotes that techniques of links for triple jump are effectively performed and properly optimized,and also makes movements such as pedal and stretch,swing and landing more active and positive,especially improve greatly the speed,forwardness and consistency of movements.
