摘　　要：医疗保障研究领域存在对国外保障制度的翻译不统一的现象。作者对Medicare、Medicaid、Socialized Medicine等名词的翻译进行分析,根据不同名词的历史背景和主要内容提出更贴切的译法,并希望能够在医疗保障研究领域达成共识。The translations of several proper names of foreign medical security systems had different titles in the area of medical security research.The author analyzed the translation of Medicare,Medicaid,Socialized Medicine and other medical security proper names,and gave the suggestion of the proper translation according to the historical background and contents of each name.Finally,he wished to get an agreement of the translations in the area of medical security research.
