摘 要:为探索提高机床静、动、热态性能和轻量化从而满足机械制造向着高效率、高精度和高自动化程度方向发展需求的新途径,以某立式加工中心的立柱为研究原型,以满足刚度要求和轻量化为约束条件,设计了玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土(BFPC)填充结构机床立柱。利用ANSYS软件对两种结构立柱的静、动、热态性能进行仿真分析,对其轻量化及所需铸铁量进行计算。并将其结果进行对比分析,结果表明,BFPC填充结构机床立柱可在保证轻量化的同时提高机床静、动及热态性能,并有利于实现机床制造的节能减排和绿色环保。In order to explore to improve machine static,dynamic,thermal performance and light weight so as to satisfy with a new way which the mechanical manufacturing toward the development of the direction of high efficiency,high precision,high automation,the machine tool column filled with basalt fiber polymer concrete( BFPC) is designed taking a column of Vertical machining center as the research prototype,to meet the stiffness and light weight as the constraint conditions. The static,dynamic,thermal performance and light weight of two kinds of structural columns are simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS software,and the required quantity of cast iron is calculated. Then the results are compared,its show that the static,dynamic,and thermal performance of the machine tool can be improved by using column filled with BFPC,mean while ensuring light weight,and it is beneficial to realize the energy saving,emission reduction and green environmental protection of machine tool manufacturing.
