摘 要:目的:研究穿龙薯蓣种子质量,为穿龙薯蓣田间栽培生产提供参考。方法:采用常规方法对穿龙薯蓣种子样品进行初步筛选,观察其形状、色泽及种子内部结构,测定其大小、净度、千粒重、发芽率、生活力等基本品质。结果:穿龙薯蓣种子较轻,千粒重为3.98 g,净选较困难,种子净度偏低;采用赤霉素(GA3)浸种24 h有利于穿龙薯蓣种子发芽率的提高。结论:穿龙薯蓣田间生产时,应对种子进行过筛去杂分级,提高其净度;播种前用赤霉素(GA3)浸种,有利于提高其出苗率。Objective:To research the seed quality of Dioscorea nipponica Makino,so as to provide reference for its field cultivation.Methods:Conventional method was used for preliminary screening of Dioscorea nipponica seed samples by observing the shape and color of seeds and the internal structure,determining its size,purity,grain weight,germination rate and viability of the basic quality.Results:Thousand kernel weight was 3.98 g.It was difficult to achieve purity of the seed;Soaking for 24 h in gibberellin(GA3)was more conducive to the germination of Dioscorea nipponica seeds.Conclusion:In the field production of Dioscorea nipponica Makino,the seeds should be screened and classified to improve their clarity.Soaking seeds with gibberellin(GA3)before sowing can improve their germination rate.
