主动呼吸循环技术促进肺癌术后患者肺复张的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)促进肺癌术后患者肺复张的效果。方法采用随机数表法将100例符合研究标准的患者随机分成对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采取常规术后管理措施,观察组在常规基础上应用ACBT,每天≥3次。比较两组患者术后不同时段的主要观察指标(肺功能、动脉血气等)和次要观察指标(生命体征、疼痛评分等)。结果与对照组术后相比,观察组术后主要观察指标和次要观察指标总体优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且患者耐受良好,未出现严重不良反应。结论 ACBT作为促进肺癌术后患者快速康复的干预措施安全、有效,可提高患者术后早期呼吸道分泌物的清理效能,改善肺部氧合,促进术后肺复张及早期肺功能的恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of active cycle of breathing techniques（ACBT）on promoting lung recruitment in post-thoracic surgery patients with lung cancer.Methods Totally 100 ca-ses of patients with lung cancer were collected and randomly divided into two groups（the control group and the observation group）with 50 cases in each group.The additional ACBT was applied ≥3 times per day in the control group compared with the observation group.The main observation indexes（pulmonary function and arterial blood gas,etc）and the secondary indexes（vital signs and pain score,etc）of the patients were collected at different time period.Results The main observation index and the secondary index of the pa-tients in the control group gained an advantage over those in the observation group（P 〈0.05）.No obvious adverse events occurred.Conclusion ACBT applied in the post -thoracic surgery patients with lung cancer is safe and effective.It can improve the cleaning efficiency of respiratory secretion,promote lung re-cruitment and fastly recover the pulmonary function and save medical costs.
