摘 要:目的分析探讨超声结合核磁共振对胎儿胼胝体发育不良的临床诊断价值以及对胎儿的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月-2016年4月收治的孕检过程中怀疑胎儿胼胝体发育不良的孕妇68例,分为研究组和对照组两组,对照组患者接受核磁共振进行检查,研究组患者在对照组的基础上接受超声检查,对比两组患者的检查结果以及胼胝体发育不良的检出情况,同时针对孕妇的诊断的疾病发生情况采取合理的干预治疗,对比两组孕妇的生产结局以及胎儿的健康状况。结果研究组的胼胝体发育不良的疾病确诊率明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组孕妇生产的胎儿的巨大儿以及体重过轻的胎儿所占比例明显大于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),与病理切片检查结果对比,研究组患者的疾病诊断的准确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在核磁共振的基础上联合超声进行胎儿胼胝体发育不良的诊断能够明显提高疾病的检出率以及准确率,优化妊娠结局,提高生育质量,值得临床上广泛推荐使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum dysplasia and its influence on fetus. Methods:Fetal corpus callosum dysplasia 68 cases of pregnant women with suspected pregnancy testing process in our hospital from February 2014-2016 April 2009,divided into study group and control group two groups,the control group received MRI examination,patients in study group received ultrasound examination on the basis of the control group,compared two groups of patients the results and the development of the corpus callosum were bad at the same time,the diagnosis of the disease for pregnant women to take intervention and reasonable production outcomes compared between two groups of pregnant women and fetal health. Results:The study group of corpus callosum dysplasia disease diagnosis rate was significantly higher than the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05),pregnant women in the study group production of fetal macrosomia and fetal weight proportion is significantly higher than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05),compared with the pathological examination results the accurate rate of disease diagnosis,patients in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasound based on magnetic resonance imaging on the diagnosis of fetal agenesis of the corpus callosum can significantly improve the detection rate and the accurate rate of disease,optimize pregnancy outcomes,improve the quality of reproduction,it is worthy of widely recommended.
