血清TNF-α和IL-6含量联合检测在乙型肝炎和乙肝后肝癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨联合检测血清TNF-α和IL-6含量对乙型肝炎和乙肝后肝癌的临床诊断价值。方法收集2014年1月—2016年1月经河南科技大学第二附属医院影像学检查及病理学确诊的乙肝后肝癌患者血清、HBV携带者血清及正常体检人群血清样本各80份。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测各血清样本中TNF-α和IL-6含量。计量资料比较采用单因素方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果乙肝后肝癌患者、HBV携带者及正常人群血清TNF-α和IL-6水平比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同组织分型乙肝后肝癌血清TNF-α和IL-6含量比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论TNF-α和IL-6参与了乙肝后肝癌和乙型肝炎的发病过程,检测乙肝后肝癌患者血清TNF-α和IL-6含量,可以为乙肝后肝癌患者提供新的临床诊断途径。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of serum TNF-α and IL-6 content in hepatitis B and hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer.Methods Serum of patients with hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer,HBV carrier and healthy people were collected from January 2014 to January 2016,80 cases in each group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was used to detect the content of TNF-α and IL-6 in the serum samples.Measurement data used single factor analysis of variance,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There were significant differences in the content of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer and hepatitis B and health medical examination crowd（all P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the coutent of serum THF-α and IL-6 in different tissues of hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer（all P〈0.05）Conclusion TNF-α and IL-6 may be involved in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B liver cancer and hepatitis B,So a new approach for diagnosis hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer and hepatitis B through detecting TNF-α and IL-6 is offered.Combinning detection of serum TNF-α and IL-6 provides a new approach for Hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer and hepatitis B diagnosis.
