摘　　要：目的通过动物实验研究探讨喉部分切除术后声门重建新术式。方法 5只犬施行喉部分切除术加一期声门重建术,术中利用胸骨舌骨肌肌瓣取代切除的喉内肌,重建可开闭的完整新声门。结果 5只犬术后均存活,所有犬均可恢复经口进食,堵管可发声,5只犬全部成功拔管。结论对喉部分切除术后,利用胸骨舌骨肌肌瓣再造可开闭的新声门,可全面恢复喉的呼吸、吞咽和发声三大功能,手术方法值得进一步探究。Objective To study and discuss the new surgical way of glottic re-creation after partial laryngectomy through animal experimental study.Methods Five dogs had partial laryngectomy operation and a glottic reconstruction.Using sternal hyoid muscle flap to instead of laryngeal muscle removed to reconstruct the complete new glottis which could open and close.Results All dogs survived after operation,they can be recovered oral food,tube plug-ging can sound,all five dogs successfully extubated.Conclusion After the partial laryngectomy,the new glottis re-created which can open and close by sternal hyoid muscle flap can restore the breathing,swallowing and vocal function of the larynx.The surgical method is worthy of further study.
