儿童单纯性上颌窦炎穿刺与开窗术的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童单纯性上颌窦炎的鼻窦穿刺治疗与鼻内镜下上颌窦开窗术的疗效观察。方法将68例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,观察组给予上颌窦穿刺术,对照组给予上颌窦开窗术,分别对两组手术时间、手术效果,鼻腔粘膜恢复时间进行比较。结果观察组患儿手术时间、术后粘膜恢复时间及程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术效果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童单纯性慢性上颌窦炎,上颌窦穿刺术与上颌窦开窗术的治疗效果相近。Objective To investigate the curative effect of nasal sinus puncture and endoscopic maxillary sinus fenestration in children with simple maxillary sinusitis.Methods 68 cases of children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group,he observation group was given maxillary sinus puncture,the control group was given maxillary sinus fenestration,respectively,the time of operation,the effect of surgery and the recovery time of nasal mucosa were compared.Results The operative time and postoperative mucosal recovery time and degree of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference in the surgical results（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of maxillary sinus puncture and maxillary sinus fenestration in children with simple chronic maxillary sinusitis.
