企业社会网络的知识图谱可视化研究——基于CSSCI期刊文献

摘　　要：利用CiteSpace计量工具,以CSSCI数据库中1998~2016年企业社会网络相关文献为基础,对其发文作者、所属机构、关键词等进行知识图谱可视化研究,并对企业社会网络文献给予内容聚类。结果表明：企业网络、社会网络、网络能力、产业集群、社会资本、创新绩效等共同构成了企业社会网络的热点主题,且在不同时段该领域聚焦的重点内容各有差异;同时,企业社会网络研究学者多处于独自研究状态,学者合作与学科交叉将是该领域未来发展方向。总体而言,企业社会网络研究可分为三大类别：即社会网络对企业发展与绩效的影响,企业社会网络治理机制和内在机理,及企业社会资本、网络导向与网络能力的研究。Taking the relevant literatures in the field of enterprise social network which published in CSSCI from 1998 to2016 as the research object,this paper makes a visualization study on the key words,authors and organization about the enterprise social network by using the tool of Cite Space II. Results show that the enterprise network,social network,network capacity,industrial cluster,social capital,innovation performance and other words are the hot topics of the enterprise social network,and the research focus is different in each development period. Meanwhile,the literatures＇ authors and organizations are lack of cooperation,the multidisciplinary research and the cooperation between authors are the future directions of enterprise social network study. In general,the content of enterprise social network study can be divided into three categories： the impact of social network on enterprise development and performance,the governance mechanism and internal principle of enterprise social network,and the relationship among the social capital,network orientation and network capacity.
